Emission Control Card (ECC)
All vehicles must be equipped with an ECC as per current legislation. The KTEO Certificate issued also serves as the Exhaust Gas Control Card during technical inspections.
Validity of Emission Control Card
Passenger vehicles and trucks below 3.5T gross weight 1 year. Other vehicles 6 months. After this period, new KEK is required for light vehicles yearly and for heavy vehicles every 6 months.
